1. Online and In-Person Coaching Subscriptions
Transform your learning journey with our versatile coaching subscriptions, available in both online and in-person formats. Each subscription grants you instant access to a wealth of educational resources, including interactive lessons, engaging training videos, and detailed instructional materials designed to enrich your experience.
Choose from our two tailored subscription options:
– *Monthly Subscription* (enjoy uninterrupted access as it auto-renews every month)
– *One-Time Access Subscription* (ideal for those eager to dive into specific content without any long-term obligations)
2. Refund Policy
We recognize that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a 1-day refund window after purchase under the following conditions:
*You are eligible for a full refund if:*
– Your request is submitted in writing via email only within 24 hours of your original purchase date.
– You have not completed any classes.
*We do not offer refunds:*
– For automatic renewal charges on monthly subscriptions.
3. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
Our monthly subscriptions conveniently renew at the start of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services. To maintain control over your subscription, you can easily cancel it by the 15th of the month prior to your renewal, either through email or your account dashboard. While canceling prevents future charges, please note that it does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
To avoid being charged for the next month and to manage your subscription effectively, remember to cancel by the 15th of the prior month.
